I was watching Sheikh Nazim’s Shahi-Mardan’s last three month’s sohbet. When I came across the one dated,

2014-03-13_tr_MinSalsalinKal..

On the last one and half minutes he said;

I am getting tired. We tire however, for the sake of the Beloved s.a.s we don’t tier we become lions. We die, but we are not sleeping under ground in the grave. We open. Our spirit opens….

This was such a good tiding. And today specially after Sheikh Mohamed Efedi spoke about; don’t fear death. This reminded me of what Mawlana said about death.

One time he told me to start reading, Hizbul-A3zam. It’s like Dalaul Khayrat, of seven chapters one for every day. In one of the days, was written.

اللهم حبب الموت الي من يعلم أني رسول الله.

Oh my Lord make death beloved to who recognize that I am Allah’s messenger.

A prayer by our Prophet s.a.s.

This stopped me cause Mawlana was always telling people who are asking to leave this world; No live for Allah’s sake don’t ask to live or die for selfish reasons.

To love death, dose not mean you ask for it. However, it may mean that we are not keen on this world nor are rejecting the reality of, every self must taste death. Mawlana spoke about the companion, Bilal Al-Habashi, who at his death bed when he saw his family crying, said;

Why crying, soon I will be with the Beloved.. I am so happy.

Mawlana leaving this temporary life and being present in the life of Barzakh, made death beloved. In the same manner mentioned in the prayer of the Prophet s.a.s written in Hizbul A3zam. Not that one asks for death, No. However, death is dressed with a familiar reality and no longer is repelling.

As Mawlana said in the Shahi Mardan’s March-13th, we don’t sleep in the grave…

Alhamdulilah, this declaration of opening his spiritual power,

and He reaching everywhere the soul may reach, makes him more alive than before. At the same time, we don’t tire as long as we are living, acting, moving, eating, and sleeping for the sake of our Beloved Prophet s.a.s. It dose not suet us to get tiered. We are Sheikh Nazim’s sons. We carry his teachings, his words, and his love to hand it to him.

انا لله و انا اليه راجعون

We belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return.

This is the core of our pride and joy. It dose not dress us with sadness. No, not at all. Mawlana on many occasions said; What an honor to be created by Allah. To be His servants is the biggest honor. And to return to Him Almighty is the reason believers every day of getting older, feel happier. Unlike the unbelievers who hate celebrating their birthday cause it tells them, they lost one year of this world and one year closer to death.

I remember when I met Sheikh Abdelhay ( the representative of Sheikh Nazim in Egypt ), for the first time ever. He read the tradition of Prophet in the meaning of;

At the end of time there will be a period were people passing by the graves will wish to be in it due to the spread of fitna.

At that time I thought it was too much to swallow. Now sitting next to Mawlana’s Maqam, I realize its possibility.

The passing away of our master not only broke our hearts, but broke this world. If this world was like a very attractive pot of clay, it’s now broken. It lost it’s attraction, and no one will place a bid to buy this pot no more. The pot is out of the auction.

As Mawlana now tasted death, this made it beloved for us. I remember my father when my sisters and I, were children, he used to chew the meat before placing it in to our mouths. Mawlana, similarly took the heaviness out of the reality of death. He said; when H.Anne passed away Sheikh Abdullah received her. And for every mureed, the sheikh’s real service starts at the last seven breaths of his life. The Sheikh must be there to receive his mureed on the other side. We have the anchor of Mawlana in the ocean of eternity. His vessel is prepared and there is a place, first class for every one. Therefore, we can’t be lost or drawn. Till then, we live with the pride and joy of being, the sons of Sheikh Nazim.
